HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE (HID/XENON) HEADLIGHT SYSTEMS

A new breakthrough technology in lighting that conveniently fits right into your existing headlamp housing to deliver 3 times the light of conventional halogen headlamps. The HID/Xenon bulb does not use a filament commonly found in normal halogen motorcycle light bulbs. Instead, the bulb is filled with Xenon gas (ignited via a high a voltage ballast) to create a white arc of light with a shorter wavelength than the yellow light produced by halogen bulbs, and with less power consumption.


Advantages of the HID system: - delivers 3 times the light of conventional halogen headlamps - saves on the limited output resources of the motorcycle system by drawing only 35 Watts of power (traditional halogen wire filament bulbs draw 55-60 Watts) - no more blown filaments when you can least afford it - HID bulbs last in excess of 3000 hours . Halogen bulbs have a life span of +-350 hours - sharper and deeper view of the road ahead - particularly effective in poor weather conditions - less eye fatigue when driving at night - dramatically increase your visibility to other road users - simple to install

Capo 3U Silverline

The CAPO 3U is not a self-contained communication system. When connected via universal interface it upgrades baehr intercoms with optional radio transmission to other bikes. Easy installation is guaranteed by an offset aerial and a waterproof aluminium casing. Channel change and volume adjustment as well as ptt button and channel display are conveniently accessible on the handle bar remote control.

Like the CAPO 3 the CAPO 3U works on PMR frequency (446 MHz) and is CEPT licensed all through Europe. Therefore, both units are not subject to a radio license or any other fee. And, of course, you can communicate with any other PMR radio brand.

As you already got 2 helmet kits with your baehr intercom, there is none included in the CAPO 3U's delivery.

Capo 3 Silverline

A small two-way radio unit especially designed for motorbikes travelling in small or large groups. Although we live in the era of the mobile phone, quick and easy communication between bikes is still essential.

The infamous gravel or the sudden obstacle in a bend - at the push of a button your fellow drivers are warned. And even if it is not that important, you don't always have to feed Telecom.

Our two-way unit CAPO 3 with its waterproof casing and compact measurements can be easily fitted to your bike. It offers a handle bar remote control for the most important features (send button, channel display, channel switch, volume) and an offset aerial - made for bikes, extraordinarily powerful.

One audio input and one universal interface make for easy connection of MP3. mobile phone, navigation system, etc thus rendering the CAPO 3 an indispensable "infotainment' center for the solo rider.

Baehr Bluetooth Phone Adapter

The Baehr Bluetooth Phone Adapter is not a self-contained communication system.
Connected to the universal interface of your baehr intercom or baehr radio unit CAPO 3, it links up wireless, via Bluetooth radio technology, to your Bluetooth capable mobile phone or navigation system.

Once you have paired your mobile and/or navigation system with the Baehr Bluetooth Phone Adapter and activated the Bluetooth function, they will automatically pick up the connection every time you engage the ignition of your bike. Your mobile can just stay in your pocket.

Verso XL

With the VERSO XL, you get the right audio volume at any speed range and no irritating background noise, because transmission is automatically switched on only when a person speaks into the helmet's microphone. Music signals fade under discretely and is automatically amplified to the original volume at the end of the conversation.

The VERSO XL has two mono-universal interfaces. These, in conjunction with the appropriate optional adapter cables, allow simple connection of navigation system, mobile phones, or two-way radio devices - the choice is yours..

K1200GT

The K1200GT communication system is based on our multifunctional ULTIMA XL unit, specifically adapted to the BMW's requirements, extras and crews. Therefore, easy installation and integration in original audio systems and CAN-Bus is guarantied.
Three stereo universal interfaces provide you with the capability of making your K1200GT into a genuine communication centre. Once you have determined your individual priorities among mobile phone, navigation system two-way radio units, music, and conversation with the passenger, the baehr K1200GT unit manages everything else for you.

R1200RT

The R1200RT communication system unit, specifically made for the R1200RT for complete “plug and play”. In conjunction with the original BMW audio unit, it’s up to you whether the music is played through the external speakers during a picnic, or through the helmet speakers while on the road.

Additionally, three stereo universal interfaces provide you with the capability of making your R1200RT into a genuine communication centre. Once you have determined your individual priorities among mobile phone, navigation system two-way radio units, music, and conversation with the passenger, the baehr R1200RT unit manages everything else for you.

K1200LT

A communication package consisting of an ULTIMA XL wired specifically for the K1200LT for complete “plug and play”. It includes everything that a modern high-end stereo system should offer, and ensures that luxury touring does non stop when it comes to communication!
The factory original speed-dependent control of the music volume is retained with the integrated connection of the original BMW radio. Switchover from external speakers to helmet stereo speakers is maintained. A special installation kit allows easy and rapid installation. Only the pillion seat needs to be removed.

Ultima XL

A fully-fledged stereo for your bike, with the capability to have 5 devises connected at one time all with priorities.
This system is eminently capable of everything that one could expect from a baehr communications system.

The ULTIMA XL is additionally equipped with equipment features that set new standards! With its stereo-audio input and four stereo universal interfaces, up to five different external devices can be connected and operated simultaneously.

Whether an AM/FM radio, walkman or Discman, MP3-player, GPS audio signal, or mobile phone is involved - it’s no problem for the ULTIMA XL communications unit.
